Free Ab Workout Routine + Tips To Obtaining Abs

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

So you're starting to notice the pants are a little tighter, or it's getting harder to see your toes. Whatever the reason is, don't sweat it. It's NORMAL.

I'm not writing this to make you feel guilty and cut all of your bad habits. On the contrary, I want to let you know it's fine, and that there are little things throughout the day you can do to increase your overall health, and in turn, lose weight AND develop your mid section.

The program we designed goes into more detail, but we know tips help, so we'll sum it up for you throughout this article!

So what's the hardest part about working out...finding time? Keeping it interesting? Lack of knowledge?

How do you keep it exciting?

Well, first of all, you need to start by setting easy to achieve realistic goals. We all know why goals are important, but if you don't have goals, you will stray from your original enthusiasm as time goes by.

Part of the excitment comes from reaching your goals, so start safe. The other exciting part starts when you begin to see results. But we'll get more challenging later on.

Also, when you get into a routine, you feel better every time you do your exercises (and they'll get easier and easier)...It's really quite addicting....And in some cases it helps with our everyday aches and pains. (ie: if you have trouble sleeping, exercise will likely help you sleep better.)

Most people are under the impression, to get any type of ab workout, you need to be lying on your back, right? WRONG!

You can contract your abs and do standing crunches (and sideway oblique crunches) any place, and if you combine this with activities you do throughout the day (walking up and down stairs, carrying groceries, while your are the computer) you will actually be able to develop ab muscles anytime.

Ok maybe it isn't as effective as concentrated ab exercises, but it helps big time. It will also compliment the ab exercises you already do (or are going to start!).

We have a start, lets move on!

The 'Big 3' in ab exercise.

Time to start reinforcing what you already know into your brain. If you want to get in shape, you need to do all of these.

Number 1 - DIET

Number 2 - CARDIO

Number 3 - AB SCULPTING

Believe it or not, the order of these is the biggest part when having a beautiful stomach. So for the first step on your routine...Learn to eat better! The pounds will melt off once you start eating right.

The second step: manage cardio at least 3x into your week. Since you will be losing/maintaining weight after you change your diet, you will amplify the process by increasing your heart rat and burning fat off of your tissues! Which will result in seeing your abs quicker.

And the last step which you can alternate with your cardio days is: Ab sculpting. The term should be self-explanatory so lets get on to the exercises!

**Please understand these are my opinions on effective exercises. I've read some great articles and some low quality materials on the internet, and out of everything, I've found these to be best.

Bicycle kick - Lay on your back and alternately touch your elbows to your opposite knee. I'm not going to go into too much details as you all should know what this looks like (If not, email us), but these are extremely effective for your entire stomach, and have been voted the most effective stomach exercise you can do (Whether that sentence is true is fictional, but I HAVE heard that, and I believe it!)

V-Sits - Lay on your back with your hands overstretched above your head, and with your butt on the floor and your upper and lower body relatively straight, you contract your abs and touch your toes so your body looks like a V from the side. In sets of 10-15, these are incredibly effective, but also quite difficult. Do it with bent legs when starting off.

Reverse crunches - These are great for your abs. You lay on your back, and in a nutshell, have your feet/legs up reaching for the ceiling...Your goal is to get your butt/lower back off the ground, then lower it back down. You can have your arms stretch down your sides to give you stability.

These are three of the more effective exercises I recommend, and the great thing about them is they can be done anywhere.

Get creative with your exercises, remember that your muslces love change, so alternate these with other well known ab exercises, and I guarantee once you see the slightest results, you will want to continue down the same path.

The ABS Workout

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Our cars carry around very precious cargo everyday so it’s not surprising that when buying a car, safety is at the top of every yummy mummy’s list. There are many vehicle safety options to consider including airbags and crash test ratings, but most importantly you must consider a cars breaking system.

Conventional breaks allow us to get a good leg workout by pumping the breaks. This allows the tires to roll between lockups and allow opportunities for steering control. An Antilock Breaking System (ABS) does much the same thing, except thanks to technology, there’s no workout required so we can relax as pumping is done automatically and at a much quicker pace. Even on slippery roads ABS provides the shortest stopping distance.

Understanding how ABS works is only half the battle, it’s also very important to know how to use the ABS equipment properly (since its effectiveness depends on the driving techniques you use).

*No Repetitions Required
Do NOT pump the brakes in a car with ABS. Instead, apply firm braking pressure and hold the pedal down. The pulsing brake pedal tells you that the ABS is at work.

*Time Yourself
Allow ample time and distance for your vehicle to stop safely, especially when driving larger or heavier vehicles.

*Keep Focused on Your Goal
Instead of gripping the steering wheel and saying your prayers, steer the car out of harms way while you are breaking.

The ABS feature is standard in some vehicles and comes as an option in others. Ask about ABS on your next car and be sure that you get the breaking system you want.

Abs of Steel - 2 Awesome Tips for a Rock Solid Core

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Nowadays everyone wants abs of steel.

Having abs of steel shows that you are the pinnacle of being hot and sexy.

The problem is, the vast majority of people have no idea how to get abs of steel. They try to do it by doing hundreds of crunches and crash dieting. Unfortunately, this common approach to getting abs of steel is not very effective and may even end up sabotaging your efforts!

Whether you are an advanced bodybuilder or haven't exercised in years, the follow guidelines always have and always will be at the forefront of losing body fat and getting the abs of steel that the opposite sex loves.

Top 3 Tips to get Abs of Steel

1. Nutrition is King

That's right. In order to get abs of steel, you absolutely must follow the right nutrition guidelines.

These techniques are actually very simple and straightforward. The problem is that most people are on information overload to the point that they are just downright confused about what works.

If you want to get abs of steel, you need to have a certain type of diet. I am not an RD so I will not try to tell you what is best for your individual body, but I can tell you the basics that all the rest will stem from.

Here we go.

Create a defecit in the number of calories you consume.

This is very a very specific tactic that you must use. If you want to lose body fat, you need to take in less calories. This is an aspect of getting abs of steel that will help you really carve out the midsection.

But taking in less overall calories is not enough. You need to take in less overall calories while eating right foods at the right time. That is so important it needs to be repeated:

You need to take in less overall calories while eating right foods at the right time.

By eating the right foods, you are going to store less calories as body fat and start to see those abs of steel take shape. By cutting down on high glycemic "bad carbs", your blood sugar will stay more regulated. When you eat a big meal of bad carbs, your blood sugar spikes very high. Then, your body releases more insulin to store the excess blood sugar as body fat.

You want to avoid the bad carbs and instead consume more high quality protein (chicken, tuna, turkey, etc.), more complex carbs (wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice), and consume more healthy fats (usually omega 3 fatty acids found in fish).

This is the staple of having the proper nutrition to get abs of steel!

2. Lose body fat by total body strength training.

When most people try to get abs of steel they try do just do tons of crunches.

The truth is that in order to get abs of steel, you need to lower your body fat percentage. Nutrition is one half, and exercise is the other half.

To lose body fat and get abs of steel through exercise, you want to increase your active and resting metabolism. You can do this by adding muscle mass and high intensity cardio.

The best way to add muscle mass to burn fat is by doing total body strength training workouts 2-3 times per week in a circuit training format. This format will help you get abs of steel because you will work more overall muscle, which will increase your metabolism.

High intensity cardio has the same effect. If you try doing 2 minutes slow and 1 minute fast on a cardio machine, you are doing what is called interval training. This is excellent for burning calories, raising your metabolism, and for losing fat to get those abs of steel!

So as you can see the best combination of getting abs of steel comes from having the right nutrition and exercise program, not by crash dieting and doing lots of crunches.

How to Get Abs - 3 Stellar Six Pack Secrets

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Everyone nowadays wants to know how to get abs.

The problem is, most people make some major mistakes in the process of trying to figure out how to get abs.

This article will show you what the 3 major mistakes are and how to avoid them.

3 Major Mistakes People Makes When Trying to Figure out How to Get Abs

MISTAKE #1: Doing hundreds of crunches.

When most people try to learn how to get abs, they first thing they think of is doing hundreds of crunches everyday.

The idea behind this is that if you want to get abs, you work the muscle underneath the fat.

The problem with this approach is that it is based upon a false myth known as "spot reduction". This refers to what was just mentioned about losing fat by working the muscle underneath it. Unfortunately, spot reduction is not a great way to get abs. If you want to lose fat, you need to lose overall body fat that is not localized in one specific area.

SOLUTION: Instead of trying to get abs by doing hundreds of crunches, try doing more resistance training. Resistance training is great because it adds lean muscle mass all over your body. This will help you get abs because it will raise your overall metabolism. The higher your metabolism, the more calories your body burns while active and at rest. So, resistance is a great addition in your effort for how to get abs!

MISTAKE #2: Crash dieting.

This is another mistake in the process of figuring out how to get abs. A lot of people who want to lose body fat try to do it by eating as little as possible, hoping that it will result in the loss of body fat.

Crash dieting will make you lose weight in the short term, but will not help you permanently lose fat.

There is a big difference! If you lose weight, that means that you are losing muscle mass, water weight, and maybe a little bit of fat.

If you lose fat, then you are preserving your muscle mass and water weight, and dropping pure body fat.

SOLUTION: Instead of crash dieting to get abs, try eating 4-6 small meals per day of high quality protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. By eating these smaller meals, you help to regulate your blood sugar.

If you eat a big meal, your blood sugar spikes very high. Then, your body releases insulin to stores the excess blood sugar as fat. If you eat these high quality foods and eat them in smaller portions, your blood sugar will stay more level. If you want to know how to get abs through diet, then this is a great tip!

MISTAKE #3: Not concentrating on lowering body fat percentage.

This is another big mistake when trying to learn how to get abs. Most people just focus on crash dieting and doing lots of crunches, thinking it will help them get abs.

If you really want to get abs, you will focus on lowering your overall body fat. For men, it should be less than 10%. For women, less that 14%.

SOLUTION: Combine total body strength training 2-3 times per week, high intensity cardio, and a great diet that follows the guidelines above.

If you really want to figure out how to get abs, then these guidelines will get you there. To get abs, you need to be persistent, be prepared to work hard, and get ready to love the sexy abs that you will soon see in the mirror of you follow through!

How To Get 6-Pack Flat Abs

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Okay, let's get right to it! Here are some exercises for getting a 6-pack:

Abdominal Exercise:

  • Lie on the floor with your arms across your chest or your hands clasped behind your head.
  • Keep your feet on the floor or raise them.
  • Tighten your abs and slowly curl your shoulders up off the floor one inch.
  • Curl your shoulders up toward your knees until your shoulder blades come up one to two inches off the floor.
  • Hold this position for one to four seconds before slowly returning to the starting position.

Leg Raise:

  • Grasp the back of chair to support your body.
  • Hang your body straight down.
  • Keep your knees slightly bent throughout the entire movement.
  • Raise your legs until they are just past parallel to the floor, lower and repeat. Do not swing your body. NOTE: For those who are unable to perform this exercise with straight legs, try bending your knees and tucking them into the waist at each repetition. Remember to try and point your toes downward. After a few weeks, you will be able to do this exercise with straight legs.
  • Keep the movement fluent, slow, and controlled.

Knee Raise:

  • Lie back on the floor. Keep your legs straight and back flat.
  • Raise your legs, bending at the knees as they raise and slowly lower your legs back down to the straight leg position.
  • Keep the movement fluent, slow, and controlled.

Sit Ups:

  • Lie back on the floor. Hook your feet under a desk or other heavy object to secure your body. Keep your knees slightly bent. You can either place your hands behind your head or crossed in front of your body.
  • Slowly curl your body upwards to your knees and slowly descend back down.
  • Keep the movement fluent, slow, and controlled.
<!--[if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->

You must always remember that if you have excess fat, you can exercise all day long and you will never see that 6-pack under 4 inches of flab. A 6-pack set of abs can only be seen on a body that has a BMI of 16% or less, so be sure to rely on a diet of low calories, low fat foods. Always consult with your health care practitioner when starting any new diet or exercise routine. He/she may want to do a few tests to rule out any underlying health issues.

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

The obesity problem in this country is growing to epidemic proportions just look around what do you see that's right FAT BUTTS. A lean muscular physique, tight abs and a firm butt seem to be getting to be a rarity these days.

The really troubling part of this is it's not reserved for the middle age and older crowd. The youth of this country is FAT.

Why? I think that part of it is we have become a fast paced but lazy society. We like everything fast particularly our food but then we love to sit and play video games for hour upon hour and then watch TV for some more hours.

What's the answer get your lazy fat butt up - turn off the video games and the TV!

But I can't afford to join a gym?

  • So don't there too expensive and crowded a gym becomes more of a social gathering then a place to exercise off that fat butt.
I don't want to buy a lot of workout equipment I have a small place
  • You don't need a lot of fancy equipment an inexpensive weight set doesn't take up alot of room
I'm so busy I don't have time to Exercise Yeah I know the world will stop if you don't take 45 minutes a day to exercise. I just love this excuse, it's used for everything in our society today: I'm such a busy person, well guess what you won't have to worry because your going to die sooner. Sorry but the "I'm too busy" excuse doesn't cut it but then it's your Fat Butt that's hitting the floor.

Here's a good reason to exercise and eat better: you will save yourself money - stop buying bigger size clothes every other month. Plus if you lose that fat and get in better shape you will increase your energy and stamina for that terribly busy life you have.

How to Go from Toned Abs to Shredded Abs

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

To see toned abs you will need to get your body down to a low body fat percentage. It isn't tricky to get down to a low body fat level. There are several methods to do this that work. Honestly, getting toned abs is just a matter of self-discipline. Let's go over the basics...

A Proven Strategy to Getting Toned Abs

When you are far from your goal of getting down to a low body fat level, it will be easy to drop body fat. For example...if someone needs to lose 100 pounds of fat, they will have a breeze burning off their first 20 pounds...if someone needs to lose 25 pounds, they will have a tougher time losing their first 20 pounds. The closer you get to your goal the harder you are going to have to work. You can't continue to exercise at the same intensity level and expect to continue to make progress. You must increase the intensity level the closer you get to your goal.

Amazing Tip on How to Go From Toned Abs to Shredded Abs

This is something I have never heard anyone talk about. If you want to get really shredded abs, you simply must keep your body fat low for a long period of time. What happens is that it takes a while for your loose skin to tighten up and "fill in the grooves" in your abs. If you can maintain a reasonably low body fat percentage for over one year, I will guarantee you that you will love the way your abs look.

The Problem With "Bulking Up"

Many trainers recommend that people eat excess calories during the winter and lift heavy to gain muscle. Then in the winter it is recommended that you hit cardio hard and burn off all that fat to get ripped. The problem with this approach is that your skin never has the time to really tighten up around your muscles. If you stay lean year round, you will eventually have better muscle definition than just about everyone in your gym. The nice thing about staying lean year round is that you look good all year, not just part of the time.

In Summary...Work Your Way to A Low Body Fat Level and Keep it Low for 12 Months or More...This Is Your Ticket To Shredded Abs!Rusty Moore is an avid trainer who gives advice to men and women who want a physique that attracts the opposite sex. While most trainers focus on gaining as much muscle mass as possible, Rusty focuses on the lean "sleek model look". Better ABS

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Ten steps to rock hard abdominals.

Step One
Go to the gym. This is a very important step because if you don't leave your house, chances are you won't make it to the gym. This article is for gym rats that want the six pack. I will talk about home training in another article. So, just get out and join a good gym.

Step two
Start drinking more water. This is a very valuable nutrient that I think most people forget about. At least 8 glass a day and thet will be fine.

Step Three
Make a ab workout with variety. You know that it is the spice of life. It's also the spice of your abs. Make sure you use at lease 6 different exercises for your ab routine. If you don't think you can do that, try 3 different exercises and make them intense, holding the last rep for at least 10 seconds.

Step Four
Man those carbs are killing you. Ok, im not gonna tell you to go out and diet hard but I will tell you to leave the carbs in the evening alone. Try to have a cut off point. You know how much weight you need to lose in order to show your abs. So, if you need to lose 20-30 pounds cut the carbs real early, like 12:00 pm. If you need to lose 5-10 pounds, try cutting your carbs around 3pm. If you really wanna get ripped, try this bodybuilding technique. You can take a day off from carbs. One day on and one day off. This works for many bodybuilders.

Step Five
If you want to have great looking abs you should strive for great flexibility. Stretching adds great symetry to your body. So if you are flexible it will make your waistline appear to be smaller. A tight waste tends to look bulky and thats not nice to look at.

Step Six
If you don't see the results from holding your reps use resistance. You can use a medicine ball with a weight vest. Just get that burn you desire.

Step Seven
Train your abs for feel. In other words if your abs arent burning you aren't doing anything. Make all your workouts feel intense. Thats the only way you will reach your fitness goals.

Step Eight
Get your cardio on. Make sure you do at least 1 hour of cardio every session with at least 4 sessions a week. Make sure your workout is versatile. You will never stick to a boring workout. Try to have at least 4-6 different cardio exercises.

Step Nine
Use a journal. Try to keep track of your progress somehow. Wether its in a journal or just jot them down on a piece of paper. Keeping track of your progress is the best way to reach any goal. It has to be written in order for it to be real.

Step Ten
Have a spiritual escape. Have something that you do everyday that relaxes you such as draw, read, bubble bath with candles, prayer, meditation, collect things, surf the net. What ever really relaxes you, do it at the end of everyday. It will make a difference in your attitude knowing that you have something to really releave your stress when you get home.

With these steps you should be on your way to great abs and good health.

Thank you,
