>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

The Bean is an innovative new fitness tool that can help you immensely in your quest for a leaner, more toned body. Like the stability ball, The Bean can help you target many areas including abs, obliques and thighs. The bean is stable though so makes some of these positions easier to accomplish. This product includes a video with six separate workouts. Like an incline bench, this product allows you to target specific muscle groups and complete many different types of exercises. Only, this product doesn’t take up the space of a typical incline bench. This one tucks away when you don’t need it.

Many people have found that working out at home is very effective. We all can’t go to the gym on a daily basis and having the ability to take twenty minutes, several times a week and exercise at home is a very effective way to stay fit or become fit as part of a diet and exercise plan. If you pop in a video or perform a memorized workout, you can see a difference in terms of fitness level and even the potential for weight loss in a very short period of time. This product also has a comfortable bean shape, which hugs your lower back when you use it. Many people find this a very effective and comfortable way to exercise.

One of the benefits of The Bean is that it can be stored easily and when you need it, you can pump it up and use it. Because it stores away easily, unlike most stability balls, a workout can be accomplished in little time with even tight space restrictions.

Pilates, yoga and other exercises can help you become leaner and more flexible as well as relieve stress. You can burn calories and melt inches away by working out even at a moderate level. Because The Bean is so versatile in the exercises you can perform, you don’t have to worry about hitting a plateau and having a useless piece of exercise equipment. The types of exercises you can do with this product are vast and work for beginners right up to lean and fit professional trainers.

The Bean is like using a combination of an incline bench and a stability ball. And, speaking of stability, this product has been tested and can support up to 800 pounds. All these features make this a product that you can use for a long period of time, relying on its strength, durability and its versatility.

Use The Bean for crunches, sit ups, back pain relief, Hatha yoga practice, Pilates and exercise that targets all your core muscle groups. This product is being reviewed as an essential home gym tool, which is perfect for anyone from the most novice person, right up to someone who is a fitness guru.

There are a lot of inexpensive and also many not so cheap products on the market that are geared for home gym users or people that want to get in shape but have very little experience with gym equipment. Because this has six separate workouts listed on the included DVD, you can use this product repeatedly for various workouts.

The Bean can be purchased at Taylor Gifts and many other stores online

Abs That Grab Attention

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Everyone has seen the commercials on television promoting ab machines, the abs blaster, and many people have bought them… because I see them at garage sales every year. I know that they work, but consistency is very important and most people don’t follow through. Also, if you are not doing cardio exercises than you will never have six pack abs. If your stomach also has a lot of fat on top, or a six pack with a cooler full of ice, no one will ever be able to see your abs.

If you put these two ingredients together: Cardio exercise (fat burning exercises), and the consistency of ab exercises you will achieve great health and wellness, as well as being able to admire your six pack abs. I want to teach you a great ab exercise that you can do sitting on a chair, and the great part is that you do not need to buy any special equipment, and can be done easily while traveling.

This exercise can be done while sitting on a chair or on the floor. I prefer sitting on a chair. Sit on the chair with your legs out straight in front of you. Lean back slightly and support your body using your abdominal strength to lift your legs. Place your hands behind you on the chair, palms down.

Bend both your legs simultaneously and bring your knees as close to your chest as possible. Then return to the starting position by slowly straightening out your legs. Keeping the tension on the abdominal muscles, do not let your feet touch the floor during the exercise. Repeat, doing 3 stets of 15 repetitions

This is a great exercise to help build your core muscles, while also working the frontal abdominals, especially the lower half of the ab muscles. So remember to do this exercise three to four times a week for those fabulous abs that grab everyone’s attention.

6 Pack Abs Workouts - Get a Six Pack of Washboard Abs

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Although exercise is a part of the plan, diet is critical to achieving a low level of body fat and attaining a six pack of shredded abs. Concentrate on green and colorful, non starchy veggies for your main meals and snacks including some complex carbs such as yams and brown rice to round out the plate. Fruit is okay but keep it before noon and only 1 pc per day at most since the sugars in fruit can hinder your goals. Clean meats such as poultry and fish are a better choice for your proteins vs fattier choices. You should also consider protein shakes to help with the intake needed.

Cardiovascular work is your next concern. If you are in need of 20+ lbs of fat loss then you need to work up to 3-5 days of 45 mins moderate cardio work preferably jogging which is your most effective fat burner especially if you wish to see fast results. The appearance of a 6 packs or tummy lines is very finicky so these tips are crucial. You can decrease the cardio to 20 mins 3-5 times per week if you are already quite lean.

In order to make your abs protrude you need to thicken those squares with weighted ab exercises. Try this program for a month and see how you can tighten your mid section in now time by incorporating the suggestions above.

Warm up with 3x20 of the Bent Knee Abdominal Hip Raises making sure those hips flick up off the mat as seen in the clip. Also ensure you are pulling your belly button into your lower back during these exercises.

Next you would follow that with 3-4 sets of 12 Reverse Decline Crunches. You can see again how the hips flick up off the board. This is important to achieve but if you are unable to at first you keep it in mind and keep working at that. Watch to not speed on the down phase. If you can, hold the knees for a second or 2 at the top to really enhance the work.

Inverted Exercise Ball Leg Pull Ins is third and you do need some upper body strength but the good news is that this exercise combines to help strengthen the chest and arms while your abs do the work to pull in the ball. Take your time with this and do each rep with a count of 1, 2, 3 - 1, 2, 3, 4 on return. Breathing out during exertion will enhance the effect. Perform 3 x 10.

Fingers to Toes Abdominal Crunches are also known as V sits, you want to keep chest out, shoulders somewhat back and settled while reaching upward and making sure your arms and legs return at the same time. Work on being able to hold this at the top for a few seconds then repeat. 3x10 is to be done with this exercise.

To make this program well rounded you would want to add 2 oblique exercises and in many cases lower back but for this particular program I focused the time on frontal core. Elbow To Knee Oblique Crunches is a nice basic yet intense addition to round out the workout. 3 x10 should be done for this exercise.

Finishing this program is one of the most intense exercises on this page. Hanging Oblique Knee Raises are counted per side so if you have 10 you do 10 per side! You cannot throw your legs up or you will swing and make things harder so control is a must! 3x5-10 will most likely be all you can get done at this stage since we pre exhausted the middle area with all the above exercises.

Try this for a month then change your program again to focus on other weak areas. You can reintroduce this program or try a newer AB program later along the line since you want to change things at least every 4 weeks. Pilates is Great for your Abs

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

If normal ab exercises aren’t really doing it for you, then there is an alternative that’s very much in fashion at the moment. You’ve no doubt heard the name, even if you’re not really sure what it is. It’s Pilates.

Pilates was invented by Joseph Pilates when he was imprisoned on the Isle of Man during World War I. While he was there, there was a flu epidemic, and Pilates came up with an exercise system to help flu victims get back to health more quickly. After the war, he moved to America and started training boxers in these new exercises, attracting widespread interest.

The key to Pilates is that instead of doing simple, repetitive exercises over and over again, it encourages you to learn more complicated, exact exercises, which you then do only a few times. The idea is to use your own body as a weight to lift. Once you master Pilates, you can exercise quickly, precisely, and effectively.

Many people are into Pilates for the same reason they like Yoga: the relief it can give for back pain. We’re interested in Pilates, though, because of the effect it can have on your abs. It is designed to strengthen your abdominal muscles, together with your back and your behind, as all these muscles being able to move freely gives you the feeling of real physical fitness.

However, one word of warning is that while Pilates will get your abs fit, it won’t necessarily make them look muscular – toned, yes, but not ripped. This is because Pilates isn’t about lifting really heavy weights and building large amounts of muscle mass – it’s more simply about physical wellbeing.

If you want to learn more about Pilates, you could just go along to a class – although, unfortunately, many classes that advertise themselves as Pilates use few of the original methods. If you can’t find a good instructor in your area, consider teaching yourself from a book instead, as there is nothing about it that you can’t teach yourself, at least with a little effort.

Challenge Your Abs!

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

How do you train your abs?
Abdominal training is a priority for many people but few know to train for real results. I know many folks training their abs almost everyday: they do hundred and hundred of crunches (or similar exercises) per week. What happens? No results, and after a few weeks or months they quit!

There are two big mistakes when these people work their abs:

- They use the same kind of exercise, they never change: when you start an exercise program and you are out of shape, it’s ok to do sets of crunches or similar exercises. But after a while, this exercise become easy, unless you do more and more reps. Imagine you have to do 5 sets of 100 or 200 reps to feel your abs! Most people don’t have the time and they stay with the basic framework of 20 or 30 reps and a few sets. It’s boring, there is no challenge, they reach a plateau and stay there forever!

- High reps mean low intensity, it means endurance work (at least at the beginning). To get results you need intense workouts; it can be short but intense, there is no compromise, intensity is the key!

My advice: challenge yourself and pick up a few tough abdominal exercises like this one: do hanging leg raises and straighten the legs, it is a basic exercise for a gymnast but it will be challenging for most people. Do low reps in a slow motion and feel your abs: 5 to 8 reps, 3 to 5 sets and you’re done in a few minutes. If this exercise is too difficult, start with this one: do a normal hanging leg raise (legs flexed) then straighten the legs at the horizontal and slowly go down. Don’t drop the legs, stay in control and feel the abs. Challenge yourself!

Tighter Abs – The Simple and Forgotten Stomach Vacuum!

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

I’m talking about the Transverse Abdominal Muscle. This is part of your midsection that runs horizontally across the abdominal wall underneath your internal and external oblique muscles. The TVS (Transverse Abdominis) muscle is responsible for pulling the abdominal wall inward and therefore forcing expiration.

The next important part of the Transverse Abdominal muscle is that it acts as a personal weight belt to stabilize your spine and pelvis region. The stronger your TV muscles are puts you at a much smaller risk of having lower back pain and will help you on heavy lifts such as squats.

Why else should I strengthen my Transverse Abdominis muscle?

Well, for the point of this article, Tighter Abs! When this muscle is stronger it holds everything else in. This can easily trim 2-4 inches off of your waistline in a matter of only 2-3 weeks.

How to train this muscle

The main exercise you must learn is called the Stomach Vacuum. To perform this you actually pull your belly button up and in toward your spine as far as you can go. While doing this don’t forget to breathe. This exercise can be done standing, laying on your back, laying on your stomach, seated or kneeling position.

Variations and Workouts

The basic workout calls for 3 sets holding in the full stomach vacuum for 20 seconds each set. Increase this up to 60 seconds as it strengthens.

The passive workout calls for tying a string around the midsection (right around the belly button) in a tighter almost full stomach vacuum position. You can leave this on anywhere from 10 minutes to all day. It serves as a constant reminder every time it tightens that you need to pull it back in.

Conclusion

Now that you know what to do there are no more excuses for the distended belly, you can do these exercises during work or sitting at a computer! Stay motivated and best of luck!

What You Didn't Know About Your Abs

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Getting the abdominal area in shape can be a manageable task, once you understand the basic science involved.

You should have your doctor’s clearance before engaging in any physical activity, now with that said, the first thing that you need to do is warm up for about 8 mins before embarking on the ab workout. Do not engage in any abdominal training , if you have any lower back or pelvic issues.

For you to have a strong, lean and chiseled abdominal area-you need to pay attention to the following; your sleeping habits, nutrition, resistance/weight training and cardio vascular training. Genetics do play a role, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t improve on your ab and core strength.

So how do you work the abs?, we start off by working the oblique muscles (the area that covers your love handles) first. Reason being that they are your weakest muscles in the abdominal region, and unfortunately you also have extra fat holding on over here They are divided into the internal and external obliques. These muscles criss cross each other, another reason why you should work them from different angles.

How? Answer: you would perform 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps of the various oblique exercises, ….get them tired, and then proceed to the “front” muscles, i.e. the rectus abdominis and transverse abdominus –that form the” six pack”. Oblique exercises would include lateral lumbar rolls, Saxons, Standing rotations with a bar, and Diagonal flutter kicks.

The rectus abdominis and transverse abdominus are very powerful muscles, and a lot of energy is utilized in working them out-and its funny the way a lot of people get into the gym, and the first thing that they do is a set of situps!.That’s not effective! Because by the time you get over these muscles, you are tired., and you don’t have enough energy for working the obliques effectively(remember they are your weakest abdominal muscles!).

Now you’d perform about 3-4 sets of various exercises that target the “ sixpack” area., and you’d be on your way to success. Exercises in this section would include balance ball crunches, hip thrusts and air bike crunches.

Performing running sprints is also an excellent way of burning excess body fat, and getting the abdominal area really cut. You only need to look at the wide receivers in the NFL and basketball players like Allen Iverson, a clear testimony of what sprinting can do for you.. A great combination is when you combine some distance running with the sprinting, and icing it up with some boxing or martial arts.

Having dinner early, say anywhere between 6pm and 7.15 pm will also help in keeping your waist lean and tight. A balanced diet consisting of Carbohydrates, proteins, fruits and vegetables improves your metabolism and optimum health in general. Key thing over here is having 5-7 small meals , spaced out over a single day. .Avoid junk food! Powerful tip; Spend time chewing your food, enjoy it…..you’ll end up eating less, plus you also get to reprogram your cells. Resulting in you eating less, which is effective for those who want to control their caloric intake.

You can’t talk about getting the abdominal area in shape, without mentioning resistance training. This may involve using your own body, weights, bands, and other functional training equipment. Do some research on this area or consult with a Fitness professional, before embarking on a resistance-training program. In the meantime stay focused , and keep things moving!

Abs Myths

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Myth1 Abdominal exercises will remove fat in my midsection.
Fact: You need to remove excess fat around your stomach in order to see your abs. The only way your going to do this is with a low-calorie diet and a weight-resistance program while adding cardio exercise. Ab exercises will develop muscles, but they’ll still be under your fat.

Myth2 It takes hundreds of crunches to get ab muscles in shape.
Fact: Abdominal muscles are like any other muscle, they don’t respond to hundreds of repetitions. When you can easily do 15 reps of any ab exercise, you need to switch exercises or add resistance.

Myth3 You have to train your abs everyday if you want a six pack.
Fact: Ab muscles can be over-trained just like any other muscle. You need to give your six pack abs enough rest to recuperate. Over-training will result diminished gains and soreness.

Myth4 Men and women should train their abs differently.
Fact: Men and women all have muscle, which is trained the same way. If a woman wants a sexy midsection, then she’s going to eat correctly, follow a cardio program and train her abs the same way a man would.

Myth5 If I stop training my abs they’ll turn to fat.
Fact: Muscles don’t turn to fat. If you stay active and watch what you eat you’ll keep your abs even if you stop training. But if you stop exercising and start eating junk, your abs will disappear.

WARM-UP:

Daily 1000s Of Peoples Are Getting 6 Pack Abs From This Method

>>  Be Sure That You Will Never Get Six Pack Abs Unless You Know These Strategies <<

Slimming the Waist: Article 1 of 3 - The Abs Routine Let's face it...there's a million different abdominal exercises and routines out there, and each one promises to have the right stuff to give you a six-pack, get you toned, remove those love handles, and fulfill any other elaborate plans you may have for your midsection. With so many choices, it can be difficult to decide which is best, or perhaps more importantly, which achieves your goals with the least amount of effort.

To simplify things a bit, I'm going to break abdominal training down into 3 basic categories: smart training, effective cardio, and proper nutrition. By the time you finish reading this series of three articles, you'll be equipped with 1) a quick and easy way to design your own abdominal routine using a simple set of rules (this article); 2) an explanation of how to incorporate both long and slow fat-burning cardio and quick and fast metabolism-boosting cardio into your program and 3) five simple nutritional rules to make your body a fat-burning machine.

Time to go to ab school. Since this isn't anatomy class, I won't waste your time naming the muscles and giving you strange Latin terms like "rectus". We'll go straight into the good stuff - how to design your own waist-slimming routine. This type of routine works best when you're able to devote an entire workout to core training alone. Your ab exercises should fall into a five basic categories:

WARM-UP:

The start of your routine needs to get the ab muscles "firing" in conjunction with the rest of your body. Basically, this means your warm-up exercise or exercises need to use the full body and center around a waist hinging action, such as:

Body Weight Squats: start in standing position, then "sit down" until your thighs are parallel to the floor, keeping your center of gravity back behind you.

Lunge with Overhead Push: lunge forward holding a weight, and as you stand out of the lunge, press the weight overhead.

Inchworm Crawl: with open space in front of you, start in a fully extended push-up position, walk the feet towards the hands as close as possible, then walk the hands away from the feet.

Complete 1 set of 10-20 reps for each of these exercises, then move on to...

STABILITY:

Stability exercises should be body weight only exercises that fatigue the abs with a high amount of reps and a low amount of resistance. These would include crunches, flutter kicks, reverse crunches, twists and anything else that doesn't require a weight or apparatus to accomplish. Choose 2 or 3 of these exercises, complete 15-20 reps for each, and after you've got a "burn" feeling in the abs, progress to the third section...

STABILITY WITH RESISTANCE:

Now that you've completed the stability exercises, you're going to add a weight, like a plate, dumbbell, medicine ball, or just plain gravity. Exercise examples would be an incline bench crunch, a weighted crunch, a weighted straight leg crunch or a medicine ball twist crunch (i.e. Russian Twists). Since your resistance is going up, your rep count will go down. Complete 10-15 reps for these exercises, and do them at a slower pace than the stability exercises...now your abs should be wide awake.

DYNAMIC CORE:

The difficulty of the exercises, in terms of movement complexity, is going to be the greatest with your dynamic core exercises. These should be done in a standing position, and should include a twisting, flexing, or rotating component that forces you to work against resistance. Examples of dynamic core exercises include:

Cable torso twists: hold a shoulder level handle attached to a cable apparatus at arm's length, and pull the cable across your body using the torso, not the shoulders.

Woodchoppers: begin with a medicine ball held over head, then "chop" down, bending at the knees and back, so that the ball endsbetween your feet. These can also be performed diagonally.

Around the World: holding a weight in your hands with the arms straight, draw giant circles with a weight or medicine ball, bending and extending at the knees and back as you drop from the high point to the low point of the circle.

Your heart rate will be the highest during this part of the workout and your reps should be low: 8-10 for each exercise is fine. Finally, for the last part of your routine...

UNBALANCED:

Here is the trickiest part of your routine. You need to find an exercise that throws you off balance. Here's one example: get into the pushup position and twist toward the ceiling with one arm only, opening your body in one direction. Then reverse and twist in the other direction, keeping both legs planted. Another example is a crawl crunch, where you assume a crawl position, extend both arm and leg on the same side, then crunch your elbow and knee together. As little as 5-10 repetitions will be more than enough for each exercise in the unbalance phase.

That's it! Put them all together and you will have a complete routine for your entire midsection. You're one step closer to slimming the waist. Many of the abdominal routines I design for online clients are based on these same principles. By signing up for personal training at WWW.PACIFICFIT.NET, you have access to multiple core workouts, complete with exercise picture and video galleries, as well as constant exercise and routine updates, and frequent evaluations to track your progress. In the next article of this series, I'll be telling you the fastest way to burn fat and lose weight with cardio. Until then, train smart!
